Additionally, the mangosteen fruit has been used for centuries to cure various ailments, including abdominal pain, fever, diarrhea, and similar. 

4. Muskmelon

Muskmelon fruit is a summer fruit that is mainly grown in Asia. It has sweet and juicy flesh. Muskmelon is rich in vitamins C and A. What does this mean? It helps boost immunity and keeps your gut healthy.

This tropical fruit is native to southern Asia. Mango can be eaten raw but I also like to add it to pies, sauces, or desserts because it tastes delicious and it’s highly nutritious. It even rhymes! 

When it comes to mango’s acidity, it is at a moderate level, which means that it can provide a certain tanginess to your dishes.

Mulberry fruit is a mildly sweet and juicy fruit that grows on mulberry trees. They are pink to red in color while ripening and are usually eaten raw. They are also used for making jam, wine, and syrup.

I also have to emphasize that mulberries and blackberries are very similar types of fruit, so you need to be careful not to mistake them for each other.

8. Macadamia fruit

Macadamia nuts are a tropical plant that is native to Australia. They are a popular ingredient in many foods, such as chocolate and ice cream. Macadamia nuts are also used to make oils and butter for cooking, cosmetics, and especially hair care products.

9. Monstera deliciosa

The Monstera deliciosa is a flowering plant native to Central America. What’s so specific about its fruits is that when you eat them ripe, they’re totally delicious. 

On the other hand, unripe fruits of Monstera deliciosa are full of oxalic acid which is used for cleaning rust off metal and bleaching wood. If you eat Monstera deliciosa when it’s unripe, you will experience severe throat and skin irritation. Yikes!

This fruit grows across most of eastern North America. What’s so fascinating about mayapple? 

Well, the entire plant, except the RIPE yellow fruit, is poisonous! In other words, you should eat only its fruit when it’s ripe and you should consume it in small quantities. Also, don’t eat the seeds!

11. Mock strawberry
