Transform your dinner routine with these mouthwatering steak quesadillas – easy, cheesy, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Sirloin steak
  • ½ tsp. Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Chili powder
  • ¼ tsp. Oregano
  • ¼ tsp. Cumin
  • ¼ tsp. Onion powder
  • ¼ tsp. Garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • 2 C. Taco blend shredded cheese
  • 4 Large flour tortillas
  • ½ C. Cherry tomatoes sliced
  • ½ C. Black beans rinsed and drained
  • ½ C. Fire roasted corn drained
  • ½ Avocado diced
  • Lime juice and chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

1. Get Ready: Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet for easy cleanup.

2. Mix Up the Magic: In a small bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. This spice mix will give your steak a mouthwatering flavor.

3. Season and Sear: Generously coat the steak with your spice mixture. Heat a bit of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak to your preferred level of doneness. Once done, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it into bite-sized pieces.

4. Build Your Quesadillas: Place two large flour tortillas on your prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle ½ cup of cheese on each tortilla, then evenly distribute the steak pieces over the top.

5. Add the Goodies: Top your steak with beans, corn, tomatoes, and avocado. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the loaded tortillas for extra gooey goodness.
