Banana Pudding Cocktail
Treat yourself to this luscious Banana Pudding Cocktail – it’s like dessert and a cocktail all in one!
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces rumchata
- 1 ounce white chocolate liqueur
- 1 ounce vanilla infused rum
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- ½ ounce banana liqueur
- Whipped cream
- 5 vanilla wafers
- Banana slice
- Agave syrup to rim the glass
- Crushed vanilla wafers to rim the glass
Instructions
1. Prep the Glass: Start by brushing the rim of your serving glass with a little agave syrup. Then, dip the rim into crushed vanilla wafers to coat it evenly with that delicious crunch. Pop the glass in the freezer to chill while you mix up the cocktail.
2. Muddle the Good Stuff: In a cocktail shaker, combine 3 vanilla wafers with RumChata and white chocolate liqueur. Muddle everything together until it’s well mixed and the wafers are nicely crushed.
3. Add the Spirits: Pour in the vanilla-infused rum, banana liqueur, and simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice, then give it a good, vigorous shake for about 10 seconds to chill and blend all those tasty ingredients.
4. Pour and Serve: Grab your prepped glass from the freezer and fill it with fresh ice. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass, letting it cascade over the ice.
