If you have some margarine and you don’t mind that mentioned health factor, you can add an equal amount of margarine for a single serving of vegetable oil.
2. Mashed Bananas
If you don’t have applesauce on your sleeves, some other types of fruit purees can be a great alternative for vegetable oil in your brownies. One of the fruits perfect for that role is bananas.
