Ingredients

  • FOR THE MEATLOAF:
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • FOR THE MASHED POTATO FROSTING:
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chives or parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven:
Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C) and greasing a muffin tin to prevent sticking.

2️. Mix the Meatloaf:
In a large mixing bowl, combine all your meatloaf ingredients until everything is well incorporated. Don’t be afraid to get your hands in there – that’s where the magic happens!

3️. Fill the Muffin Tin:
