Beef Nachos Supreme
Make any night a party with these ultimate beef and cheese nachos – easy, delicious, and always a hit!
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 2 Large bags of tortilla chips
- 1 Packet taco seasoning
- 1 Can refried beans
- ½ Onion diced
- 16 Oz. Shredded cheese
- 2-3 Green onions chopped
- 3 Roma tomatoes diced
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. While it’s heating up, we can get the rest of the ingredients ready.
2. Cook the Beef and Onions: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Your kitchen will start smelling amazing at this point!

3. Drain and Season: Drain any excess fat from the skillet, then reduce the heat to low. Stir in the taco seasoning and let it simmer for a few more minutes, allowing all those delicious flavors to meld together.

4. Prepare the Chips: Spread one bag of tortilla chips on each of two baking sheets, making sure they’re evenly distributed. Top each set of chips with half of the refried beans, spreading them out for even coverage.

5. Add the Meat and Cheese: Sprinkle half of the seasoned meat mixture over each batch of chips. Then, evenly distribute the cheese between the two baking sheets. This is where the magic happens – the more cheese, the better!

6. Bake to Perfection: Place the baking sheets in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Keep an eye on them to make sure the cheese doesn’t burn.
7. Top and Serve: As soon as you take the nachos out of the oven, sprinkle them with chopped tomato and green onion for a fresh burst of flavor.

8. Enjoy: Serve these mouthwatering nachos immediately while they’re still hot and gooey. Gather your friends and family and dive into this delicious, cheesy goodness!
Enjoy your homemade nachos and get ready to hear everyone asking for seconds!
