Cheesy Taco Beef Crunch Wraps

These Nacho Cheese Beef Wraps have it all – seasoned beef, gooey cheese, and a crunchy Dorito surprise in every bite!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 c. Nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 can Rotel drained well
  • ⅓ c. cour cream
  • ½ c. chopped bell peppers
  • ½ c. chopped onions
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Crumbled nacho cheese Doritos
  • 1 Pack. taco seasoning

Instructions

1. Brown the Beef:
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until it’s fully browned. Drain off any excess grease and stir in the taco seasoning. Set the meat aside for now.

2. Sauté the Veggies:
In the same skillet, sauté the onions and peppers over medium heat until they’re soft and fragrant.

3. Make the Cheese Mixture:
In a bowl, mix together the nacho cheese sauce and Rotel until well combined.

4. Assemble the Wraps:
Lay out four large flour tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a generous layer of the nacho cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.

Add some sour cream, followed by the sautéed onions and peppers, seasoned meat, shredded lettuce, and a sprinkle of crumbled Doritos for that extra crunch.

5. Wrap It Up:
Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll them up tightly like a burrito.

6. Toast to Perfection:
Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast the wraps on each side until they’re golden and crispy on the outside.
