Ingredients
- Cake:
- 2 cups (400 g) granulated sugar
- 1½ cups (327 g) vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 3 cups (375 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- Caramel Glaze:
- ½ cup (1 stick / 113 g) unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons heavy cream, room temperature
- ½ cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat and Prepare the Pan: Set your oven to 325°F and lightly coat a 9-inch bundt pan with cooking spray. Set it aside for later use.
2. Blend the Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer on medium speed to combine the sugar, oil, vanilla extract, and eggs until the mixture is smooth and well blended.

3. Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to ensure they are evenly distributed.

4. Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.

5. Incorporate the Apples: Using a spatula, carefully fold in the diced apples, being cautious not to overmix the batter.

6. Pour the Batter: Transfer the batter into the greased bundt pan and level the surface for even baking.

7. Bake the Cake: Place the pan in the oven and bake for 55-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes before transferring it onto a wire rack. While the cake cools, prepare the caramel glaze.

8. Prepare the Caramel Glaze: In a small saucepan, heat the butter, heavy cream, and brown sugar over medium heat.
Stir occasionally until the mixture reaches a gentle boil, ensuring the sugar is fully dissolved.

9. Add the Glaze: Remove the glaze from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes to thicken slightly.
Then drizzle it generously over the slightly warm cake.

Well, doesn’t that look just amazing? Now that you have prepared this mouthwatering Apple Bundt Cake, you can serve it at a family gathering or just eat it all yourself.
