  • 2 onions , large, cut into wedges
  • 1 lb Cajun smoked sausage
  • 2 lb Baby red potatoes , sliced in half
  • 1 lb Smoked turkey sausage
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Slice the Sausage: Start by cutting the sausage into nice, thick slices. This is where all the flavor begins!
