Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground sausage
  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1 c. shredded cheese of choice
  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and let it preheat while you get everything else ready.

2. Prep the Crescent Rolls: Unroll the crescent rolls and lay them flat. You can cut each triangle in half lengthways to make smaller triangles.

3. Cook the Sausage: In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until it’s completely browned and cooked through. Once done, let it cool slightly.

4. Mix the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled ground sausage, cream cheese, and your favorite shredded cheese. Add pepper to taste and stir until everything is well combined and creamy.

5. Assemble the Rolls: Place a small spoonful of the sausage mixture onto the wide end of each crescent roll triangle. Roll the dough over the filling, starting at the widest end and working your way to the point, creating a mini stuffed crescent roll.
