Easy Hollandaise Sauce Ready In No Time

Easy Hollandaise Sauce Ready In No Time

Sharing is caring!

I don’t know about you, but I personally can not imagine a dish without some delicious sauce that makes it extra flavorful.

Besides tastefulness, I also appreciate creaminess, which somewhat narrows down my choice. Luckily, I found one that perfectly works for my taste buds. It is one of the five “mother sauces” in French cuisine and it is known as Hollandaise sauce.

Typically, you don’t need many ingredients and too much time to make it, but the recipe that I will share with you truly stands out when it comes to the ease and speed of its preparation.

Instructions

1. Heat the butter: Melt the butter in the microwave for about a minute until hot, making sure to cover it to avoid splatters.

2. Combine ingredients: In a high-powered blender, add the egg yolks, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.

Blend briefly, about 5 seconds, to mix everything together.

5. Serve and Enjoy: Serve it while it’s still warm, pairing it with your favorite dish. I personally enjoy it with eggs Benedict.

And there you have it — a perfectly delicious sauce that exhibits a beautiful velvety texture and slightly tangy flavor.

I would recommend you pair it with some other dishes but not everyone’s preferences are the same, so this one is up to you.
