Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven: Get things started by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or give it a light grease to keep those delicious biscuit bombs from sticking.

2. Prep the Biscuits: Pop open that container of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each one into a 3-inch circle – this is where the magic begins!

3. Add the Cheese: Place a piece of mozzarella cheese right in the center of each biscuit circle. Fold the edges of the dough up and around the cheese, pinching it tight to seal and form a cute little ball.

4. Season and Bake: Arrange your cheese-filled biscuit bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Brush this flavorful mixture over the tops of each biscuit bomb – it’s going to make them irresistible!
