Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
- 2 (3 oz) packages strawberry Jell-O
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 (10 oz) packages frozen strawberries, thawed
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Mix well and press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes and then let cool.

3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread on the cooled pretzel crust.

4. In another bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jell-O in the boiling water. Add the thawed strawberries and stir well.

5. Pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer. Top with the other half of the whipped topping and chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
