Glazed Honey Pineapple Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pineapple slices for garnish
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.

3. Season your salmon fillets with a good pinch of salt and pepper.
4. Heat the olive oil in a large, oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. When it’s nice and hot, add the salmon fillets skin side up. Sear them for 2-3 minutes until they’re golden brown and crispy.
