  • 3 small Butterfinger Candy Bars
  • Cream Cheese Layer:
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3 eggs

  • 4 cups confectionery sugar
  • Chocolate topping:
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Set the Oven Temperature: Preheat the oven to 350°F, or to 325°F if you’re baking in a glass dish.

4. Make the Creamy Peanut Butter Filling: Blend the cream cheese, vanilla, and peanut butter until smooth and combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each, then pour in the melted butter. Once it’s all mixed, add the powdered sugar and spread this creamy layer over the candy pieces.
