This mac and cheese recipe is a game-changer! Creamy, cheesy, and topped with crunchy goodness. Perfect for any gathering!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Elbow macaroni
  • 1 C. Milk divided
  • 1 lb. Velveeta
  • 2 Large eggs beaten
  • 4 Tbsp. Melted butter
  • ½ tsp. Paprika
  • ½ tsp. Garlic powder
  • 2 C. Shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 2 C. Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Seasoned panko crumbs for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat and Prep: Start by preheating your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. While it’s warming up, cook the elbow macaroni until it’s al dente, then drain well.

2. Make the Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt together ½ cup of milk and Velveeta until it’s smooth and creamy. Pour this cheesy goodness over the cooked macaroni and give it a good stir to combine.
