Easy And Delicious Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes
Always when I am out of some creative ideas for lunch or dinner, the first thing that comes to my mind is meat and potatoes.
In general, I am a huge meat lover, potatoes not so much, but when combined together, these two ingredients always create a delicious dish. That is especially the case with garlic butter steak bites and potatoes, all made in an air fryer.
With just a few ingredients and minimal effort, I can make a dish that is both delicious, as well as a healthier version of many others made with similar ingredients.
Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes
With minimal effort, these garlic butter steak bites and crispy potatoes made in an air fryer will satisfy your tummy and delight your taste buds.
Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes
- olive oil + salt pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley (for potatoes)
- 2 Strip steaks
- Olive Oil
- Salt pepper, & garlic powder
- Steak Seasoning
- 4 TBSP of butter
- 1 tsp of dried parsley
- 1 tsp of minced garlic
Instructions
1. Prepare the Potatoes: Wash the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

2. Season the Potatoes: Toss the potato cubes in olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and dried parsley. No need to measure precisely.

3. Cook the Potatoes: Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking them a few times during cooking to ensure even crispiness.

4. Cut the Steak: While the potatoes cook, cut the steak into 1-inch cubes.

5. Season the Steak: Coat the steak cubes in olive oil and sprinkle them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning.

6. Set Potatoes Aside: Once the potatoes are crispy and cooked through, set them aside.
7. Cook the Steak Bites: Put the steak cubes into the air fryer at 400°F for about 7 minutes, aiming for medium doneness.

8. Make Garlic Butter: Melt some butter and mix in minced garlic and dried parsley for the perfect garlic butter sauce.

9. Combine and Serve: Drizzle the garlic butter over the cooked steak bites, then serve them over or alongside the crispy potatoes.
