Delicious No Bake Funfetti Cheesecake

Cream Cheese: Use Greek yogurt for a tangy twist or mascarpone for extra richness. Dairy-free? Try non-dairy cream cheese for the same creamy texture.

Cake Mix: Change up the flavor of your cheesecake by using a different cake mix! Switch it up with chocolate, lemon, or strawberry cake mix for a fun flavor change!

Cool Whip: Cool Whip is convenient, but if you want to be fancy, whip up some heavy cream for a homemade version, or go for coconut whipped cream for a dairy-free alternative.

Instructions

1. Whip the Cream Cheese: Start by placing your cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to blend it until it’s smooth and creamy.

This step ensures a rich and smooth base for your pie filling. Don’t rush—getting it creamy will make all the difference when mixing in the other ingredients.

2. Sweeten It Up: Next, add the sugar and powdered cake mix to the cream cheese. Beat the mixture until everything is well combined.

The sugar adds sweetness, and the cake mix helps thicken the filling, giving it a delicious flavor and texture that’s perfect for this dessert.

3. Fold in the Cool Whip: Now, gently fold in the Cool Whip. This is what makes the filling light and fluffy, giving it that airy texture everyone loves.

Use a spatula to carefully mix it in, being mindful not to deflate the airy texture. This creates the perfect creamy pie filling!

4. Sprinkle Some Fun: Toss in a handful of colorful sprinkles and stir them into the mixture. Not only do they add a fun pop of color, but they give your pie an extra festive touch.

You can use any sprinkles you like—rainbow, themed, or even edible glitter for extra sparkle!

5. Fill the Pie Crust: Once the filling is ready, pour it into your prepared pie crust. Spread it evenly, smoothing the top so it’s nice and neat.

Whether you choose a graham cracker or cookie crust, this creamy filling will sit perfectly inside for a mouthwatering treat.

6. Chill Time: Pop your pie into the fridge for 3-4 hours to let it chill and set. This step allows the flavors to meld together and the filling to firm up, ensuring the perfect slice when you cut into it.

Patience is key to achieving that creamy, delicious texture!

7. Top It Off: Before serving, add a generous dollop of whipped cream on top of your pie and sprinkle with more colorful sprinkles.

This final touch makes your pie extra festive and picture-perfect. You’ll have a beautiful dessert that’s as fun to look at as it is to eat!
